What is your personal goal for your IMSoG position?
My goals as an events coordinator for IMSoG include providing a sense of community and belonging among new and current students, organizing social and fun events, and promoting educational and networking opportunities.
Why do you want to become a doctor?
A compelling reason to want to become a doctor, in addition to the desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives, is the complexity of the field in general. The idea of being able to understand my patients and being able to diagnose and help them is mind boggling. Another reason would be the human connection established with patients allowing me to build meaningful relationships and support in their times of need.
